Overview
OANDA was founded in 1996 and was one of the first companies to offer online currency trading and free exchange-rate data. It is regulated by some of the strictest regulators worldwide, including the CFTC/NFA in the US.
Which entity serves you
EU residents are generally served by OANDA Europe Markets Ltd, licensed by the MFSA in Malta. In Poland, OANDA TMS Brokers (formerly TMS Brokers, acquired in 2018) is supervised by the KNF. UK clients deal with OANDA Europe Ltd (FCA).
